An advertising display incorporates a trash receptacle and illuminated advertising display panels. The display includes a receptacle frame having corner members which have side channels. The display panels slide into and out of the corner member side channels. A lockable cover assembly encloses the receptacle frame and advertising display panels and provides an opening into the trash receptacle.
