The invention is directed to a web-fed printing press having at least one printing unit (13) for static printing of at least one printing substrate web (A, B, C), preferably of a plurality of printing substrate webs, with a printed image which is invariable for all printed copies, and comprising at least one processing device (22) which is positioned upstream of a folding apparatus, preferably for dynamic processing of at least one printing substrate web (A, B, C) with a processing which is variable for at least some printed copies. According to the invention, at least one processing device (22) is supported at a manipulation device (23) in such a way that the processing device (22) is displaceable by means of the manipulation device (23) in three spatial dimensions within the region of action of the manipulation device (23) in such a way that the processing device (22) can be positioned at a freely definable position of a printing substrate web (A, B, C) and with a freely definable orientation to the printing substrate web (A, B, C).

L'invention concerne une presse rotative, comportant : au moins une unité d'impression (13) pour l'impression statique d'une image d'impression, invariable pour tous les exemplaires imprimés, sur au moins une bande de matériau à imprimer (A, B, C), de préférence sur plusieurs bandes de matériau à imprimer ; et au moins un dispositif de traitement (22), positionné en amont d'une plieuse, pour le traitement de préférence dynamique d'au moins une bande de matériau à imprimer (A, B, C) avec un traitement variable pour au moins certains exemplaires imprimés.
