The system also includes a web asset configurer matching rules stored in the data repository with attributes associated with an online user. The rules each specify a condition and a web asset stored in the data repository to provide to the online visitor if the condition is satisfied. The system also includes a rules optimizer modifying the rules based on captured online behavior.
