A system to achieve a perfect winding structure during winding webs (1, 1', 1", ...) especially made of paper to get at least one roll (5, 5', 5", ...) on a winding machine, comprises means (8, 9) in order to change the tension remaining in the wound web. The winding machine is of the supporting drum type with several supporting drums (2, 3) in order to carry and make rotating on at least one roll (5, 5', 5",...) that is positioned in a winding bed (4) made by the supporting drums (2, 3), at least one of these supporting drums preferably has an elastic flexible surface (2', 3'). The means (8, 9) for changing the tension remaining in the wound roll are working in that way, that the tension of the web (1, 1', 1",...) first decreases at increasing roll diameter of said at least one roll (5, 5', 5", ...) during an initial winding phase, then keeps approximately on the same level and, after winding further, decreases further at increasing roll diameter during a final winding phase.

l'invention se rapporte à un système conçu pour obtenir une structure d'enroulement parfaite lors de l'enroulement de bandes (1, 1', 1", ...), notamment de bandes de papier, afin de former au moins un rouleau (5, 5', 5", ...) sur une machine enrouleuse, ce système comprenant des éléments (8, 9) permettant de modifier la tension restant dans la bande enroulée. La machine enrouleuse est une machine du type à cylindres porteurs (2, 3) conçus pour supporter et faire tourner au moins un rouleau (5, 5', 5", ...) positionné sur une base d'enroulement (4) constituée par les cylindres porteurs (2, 3), au moins un de ces cylindres possédant, de préférence, une surface souple et élastique (2', 3'). Les éléments (8, 9) faisant varier la tension restant dans le rouleau fonctionnent de sorte que la tension de la bande (1, 1', 1", ...) diminue d'abord à mesure que le diamètre d'au moins un rouleau (5, 5', 5", ...) augmente lors d'une phase d'enroulement initial, puis reste pratiquement constant et diminue encore après un autre enroulement, lorsque le diamètre du rouleau diminue lors d'une phase finale d'enroulement.
