ABSTRACT In many water sports in which the athlete uses the arms and hands to generate most of the propulsion, a utility device, equivalent to the diver's flippers, to help him get more push from his strokes is not commonly used. In this invention, the space between the fingers of a glove is filled in with webbings made of flexible but relatively impermeable material. The webbings increase the surface area a spread hand presents to the water and give the user a bigger push from his stroke.
