Weld-free connections and connectors and methods of forming such connections and connectors are provided wherein first and second members (20, 30) are positioned so as to create a joint region and a cavity (50), and wherein the cavity is filled with a polymeric material (60) that adheres to at least the joint region to form a weld-free connection or connector once the polymeric material has cured.
