The primary load bearing members (4) have a web (12) and a plurality of openings (14) in the web (12). The secondary load bearing members are positioned in the openings (14) and include top slots (16), bottom slots (17), and secondary downwardly extending slots (22). The tertiary load bearing members (8) are positioned in the secondary slots (22). The rod (10) extends through the tertiary load bearing members (8) and the primary load bearing members (4), locking the tertiary load bearing members (8) in the secondary downwardly extending slots (22) and locking the secondary load bearing members (6) in the openings (14).
