ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A weldable paint-coated steel sheet having improved corrosion resistance, weldability and workability, comprises a zinc alloy coated steel substrate and a paint coating thereon. The paint coating has a thickness of about 3 to about 20 µ and comprises paint selected from the group con- sisting of paint containing zinc alloy powder, paint contain- ing zinc powder and zinc alloy powder, paint containing zinc powder and hard electric conductive powder, paint containing zinc alloy powder and hard electric conductive powder and paint containing zinc powder, zinc alloy powder and hard electric conductive powder, the zinc powder when used being present in an amount of at least 5% by weight, with respect to the total content of non-volatile matters in the paint.
