An integral hinge (17) is provided between the rear wall (9) and the cover (11) and a dust cover (13) integrally hinged to the cover (11) opposite the rear wall hinge (17). First (5) and second (7) side walls extend between front and rear walls (9) and between the cover (11) and the base (3). Mated alignment and engagement means (32) are provided on the base (3) and the cover (11), and welding attachment means (39) are provided between the base (3) and the cover (11) for securing the cover (11) to the base (3).
