A welding material, to be used for welding a base metal made of an austenitic alloy comprising C <= 2.0%, Si <= 4.0%, Mn: 0.01 to 3.0%, P: more than 0.03% to not more 0.3%, S <= 0.03%, Cr: 12 to 35%, Ni: 6 to 80%, sol. Al: 0.001 to 1% and N <= 0.3%, with the balance being Fe and impurities to a base metal made of another austenitic alloy, which comprises C: more than 0.3% to 3.0%, Si <= 4.0%, Mn <= 3.0%, P <= 0.03%, S <= 0.03%, Cr: more than 22% to 55%, Ni: more than 30% to not more than 70%, sol. Al: 0.001 to 1% and N <= 0.3%, with the balance being Fe and impurities can suppress the weld solidification cracking which occurs in an austenitic alloy having a high P content and showing fully austenitic solidification. Therefore, the said welding material can be widely used in such fields where a welding fabrication is required. The said welding material may contain a specific amount or amounts of one or more elements selected from Cu, Mo, W, V, Nb, Ti, Ta, Zr, Hf, Co, B, Ca, Mg and REM.

L'invention concerne un matériau de soudage pour souder un matériau de base, constitué d'un alliage austénitique contenant les éléments suivants, dans les proportions suivantes : C = 2.0 %, Si = 4.0 %, Mn : 0,01 à 3,0 %, P : plus de 0,03 % à 0,3 %, S = 0,03 %, Cr : 12 à 35 %, Ni : 6 à 80 %, sol. Al : 0,001 à 5 % et N = 0,3 %, le reste étant composé de Fe et d'impuretés, à un matériau de base constitué d'un autre alliage austénitique, contenant C : plus de 0,3 % à 3,0 %, Si = 4,0 %, Mn = 3,0 %, P = 0,03 %, S = 0,03 %, Cr : plus de 22 % à 55 %, Ni : plus de 30 % à 70 %, sol. Al : 0,001 à 1 %, et N = 0,3 %, le reste étant composé de Fe et d'impuretés. Le matériau de soudure peut protéger les alliages austénitiques ayant une teneur élevée en P et causer une solidification austénitique totale à partir de fissures de solidification de soudure, et est ainsi largement applicable aux domaines nécessitant une soudure. Le matériau de soudure peut également contenir un ou plusieurs éléments sélectionnés parmi Cu, Mo, W, V, Nb, Ti, Ta, Zr, Hf, Co, B, Ca, Mg, et REM en quantités spécifiques.
