ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A titanium structure has been reinforced with supporting struc- ture of some other metal by gas arc welding the supporting structure directly to the titanium structure or by gas arc welding first an aluminum alloy onto the titanium structure and then attaching the supporting structure to aluminum alloy welded on the titanium structure by conventional welding or soldering.
