ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A well casing cutter which includes a plurality of cutting well blocks and associated cutting wheels movable radially outwardly through apertures in a cylindrical housing of the cutter for engagement with a well casing. Upon rotation of the cutter the cutting wheels cut into the casing in response to fluid pressure applied to a pressure chamber above a piston. The piston is slidable along an axis of the housing. When the cut is complete valve means releases the pressurized fluid into the well casing exterior of the cutter housing through the apertures. The movement of the pressurized fluid past the outting wheel blocks blows out any cuttings, dirt and other accumulated material which might otherwise jam movement of the cutting wheel blocks. A check valve means prevents blow back of sand, dirt, and other material into the pressure chamber.
