Abstract of the Disclosure An apparatus is provided for heating a fluid-control devices, such as a gas regulator, found at a well site. The apparatus includes a heating member which is disposed on the device to be heated. A thermally insulated housing is mounted about the device and the heating member. A source of electricity, such as a battery or a solar panel, is con- nected to the heating member to provide electricity to the heating member. -15-
