A wellhead assembly in which an in-line tree (10) is landed within a wellhead housing (3). The in-line tree has a vertical production through bore (11), two hydraulically or electrically controllably in-line valves (13A, 13B) in the vertical production bore, and a lateral bore (16) leading from the vertical production through bore. A horizontal tree (20) having a vertical through bore (23) is landed on the wellhead housing (3) so that the in-line tree (20) is within the vertical bore. The horizontal tree has a lateral bore (24) which is aligned with the lateral bore (16) of the in-line tree. The in-line tree (10) can be run in and retrieved through the horizonal tree (20). Alternatively the horizontal tree (20) can be removed from the wellhead housing (3) without a BOP if the in-line valves (13A, 13B) are closed.

Dispositif de tête de puits dans lequel un arbre de tête de production en ligne (10) est installé à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe de la tête de puits (3). L'arbre de tête de production en ligne comporte un alésage de production vertical (11), deux vannes en ligne à commande hydraulique ou électrique (13A, 13B) dans l'alésage de production vertical, et un alésage latéral (16) issu de l'alésage de production vertical. Un arbre horizontal (20) possédant un alésage de production vertical (23) est installé sur l'enveloppe de la tête de puits (3) de sorte que l'arbre de tête de production en ligne (20) est à l'intérieur de l'alésage vertical. L'arbre horizontal comporte un alésage latéral (24) qui est aligné avec l'alésage latéral (16) de l'arbre de tète de production en ligne (10). Cet arbre peut descendu et récupéré en passant par l'arbre horizontal (20). Au choix, l'arbre horizontal (20) peut être retiré de l'enveloppe de la tête de puits (3) sans BOP si les vannes en ligne (13A, 13B) sont fermées.
