A communication arrangement is disclosed for communication between a downhole line (32) and a wellhead body (6) having a through-hole (8) and a valve member (16) for closing the through-hole (8). The communication arrangement provides a fluid passage that extends from a wellhead body port (29) to the downhole line (32) thus allowing communication between the well-head body (6) and a safety valve or valves and/or the injection of chemicals or fluids into the well without the need to rework the valve member (16) or disable the valve member (16).

L'invention concerne un agencement de communication pour une communication entre une conduite de fond de trou (32) et un corps de tête de puits (6) comportant un trou traversant (8) et un élément formant vanne (16) pour fermer le trou traversant (8). L'agencement de communication réalise un passage de fluide qui s'étend d'un orifice de corps de tête de puits (29) jusqu'à la conduite de fond de trou (32), permettant ainsi une communication entre le corps de tête de puits (6) et une vanne ou des vannes de sécurité et/ou l'injection de substances chimiques ou de fluides dans le puits sans nécessiter le réusinage de l'élément formant vanne (16) ou la désactivation de l'élément formant vanne (16).
