System and method for producing paper are provided. The system controls formation of wet stock comprising fibers on a moving water permeable wire (7) of a de-watering machine that has means for supplying the amount of pulp from at least one source, means for adding an amount of non-fibrous additives to the wet stock, a refiner (20) that is subject to a variable load and a headbox (1) having at least one slice (11), wherein each slice (11) has an aperture through which wet stock is discharged onto the wire (7).

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant de fabriquer du papier. Le système commande la formation d'une suspension de pâte humide, comprenant des fibres disposées sur une toile (7) mobile perméable à l'eau d'une machine d'égouttage, pourvue d'un organe permettant de fournir une quantité de pâte à partir d'au moins une source, un organe permettant d'ajouter une quantité d'additifs non fibreux à ladite suspension de pâte humide, un raffineur (20) soumis à une charge variable, et une caisse de tête (1) possédant au moins une règle (11), celle-ci étant pourvue d'une ouverture à travers laquelle on décharge la suspension de pâte humide sur la toile (7).
