WETTING DEVICE FOR TOILET PAPER ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE A water disperser, carried by the water closet of a flush toilet, to disperse water to wet toilet paper before use. Water is provided by the water closet supply system and the unused portion is wasted into an associated toilet bowl. The device disperses water on manual activation through secondary reservoir in relatively low volume flow, in a linear pattern of some length, and for a pre-determined period of time.
