A wheel chock for preventing rotation of a wheel on a supporting structure provided with a plurality of openings extending therethrough is described. The wheel chock comprises a base member having a front and a rear end. Clamping teeth are comprised of a plurality of spaced apart arcuate appendages extending downwardly and forwardly from the base member front end for sliding insertion into the supporting structure openings and under the supporting structure in a direction toward the wheel and for sliding extraction from the supporting structure openings in a direction away from the wheel. Articulated locking elements are attached to the base member adjacent the rear end thereof for insertion into an engagement with a supporting structure opening other than the supporting structure openings wherein the clamping teeth are inserted. The articulated locking elements are engageable and disengageable with the support structure openings, and a face plate is supported by the base member for contact with the wheel to prevent rotation thereof.
