A vehicle wheel attaching device for attaching general components to the hub nuts of a vehicle by utilizing an independent device in such a manner as to extend the utilization of the hub. The device is built to extend the hub nuts clearance from the hub and connect at central securing piece to form a mounting location using bolts which are pre-fitted to hold a disk adapter that extends therethrough. The disk which is connected to a bearing house, is able to rotate or not rotate from the transmission of torque from the hub nuts by central bolt that is adjustable to fixing the wheel in position in a rigid condition or not a rigid condition.
