For fitment onto the wheels of a aircraft. Extrusion pockets or cups are formed onto the outer surface of a plate. The extrusion pockets or cups are so formed for depth and width as to trap air. Air is feed into the entry mouth of the extrusion pockets or cups at a pressure high enough to rotate the wheels of a aircraft. The air pressure is derived from the forward motion of the aircraft upon landing.
