A wheeled vertical briefcase structure provided with a body, to which is pivotally attached a lid assembly, is described herein. The body defines a rear compartment, designed to receive computer related equipment, that may be selectively closed by the lid assembly. On the other hand, the lid assembly defines a front compartment, designed to receive legal size stationary items in an accordion file. This front compartment is selectively closed by a lid which is pivotally mounted to the lid assembly. The wheeled vertical briefcase structure of the present invention also includes other compartments designed to receive compact disks, floppy disks, PC-cards, pens, business cards, letter size stationary items, a cellular phone, books, and the like.
