A wheeled cart for gardening or yard work comprises a molded plastic body comprising a waterproof storage compartment, a handle, multiple openings for temporary tool storage, means to hold a garbage bag, and means to support the garbage bag. The garbage bag may additionally be held by clamping and pointed protrusions on one or more rings hinged to the side of the cart. Wings hinged to the cart may fold out to supply support below garbage bags.
