Abstract Portable dolly designs usually incorporate an upright tubular handle and a flat, rectangular base upon which the cargo lies. In this invention, two tapered frame members are slipped under the item to be moved and the cargo rests against pins protruding from the frame members. The cargo is pivoted and moved by virtue of the axle and wheels joining the two frame members. This invention allows the user to steer and move large items of cargo without the necessity of an upright handle nor the need to manually lift the cargo onto a conventional dolly.
