The present invention provides a white conductive primer coating composition comprising (a) 100 parts by weight of a resin mixture of a chlorinated polyolefin resin with a chlorine content of 10 to 40 wt.%, and at least one modifier resin selected from the group consisting of acrylic resins, polyester resins and polyurethane resins, (b) 5 to 50 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent, and (c) 10 to 250 parts by weight of a white conductive titanium dioxide powder which comprises titanium dioxide particles having on their surfaces a conductive layer comprising tin oxide and phosphorus, and in which the content (A) of metallic elements with valencies of 4 or less contained as impurities is no more than 0.1; and a method for forming a multilayer coating film using the composition.
L'invention concerne une couche d'apprêt électroconductrice blanche, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend (a) 100 parts en poids d'un mélange de résine constitué d'une résine polyoléfine chlorée présentant un contenu chlorure compris entre 10 et 40 % en poids d'au moins une résine modificatrice sélectionnée parmi le groupe constitué de résines acryliques, de résines polyester, et de résines polyuréthanne, (b) 5 à 50 parts en poids d'un agent de réticulation, et (c) 10 à 250 parts en poids de poudre de dioxyde de titane électroconducteur, composé de particules de dioxyde de titane, chacune présentant sur la surface une couche électroconductrice contenant des oxydes d'étain et du phosphore et comprenant un contenu de plusieurs éléments métalliques tétravalents, considérés comme impuretés, inférieur ou égal à 0,1, de valeur (A) calculée à partir de l'équation spécifiée dans la description. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour former des films de revêtement multicouches au moyen de la couche d'apprêt.
