The present invention discloses two-part isocyanate-based adhesive compositions, free of inorganic pigments and fillers, which cure to form polyurethane-based adhesives having an opaque-white appearance greater than about L*80 and a shore A hardness greater than about 50. Such materials are particulary useful for the preparation of bonded filter. The invention further describes a method for the preparation of bonded filters using these compositions and the bonded filters thereof. Additionally, these compositions can also be used as two part general household adhesives and/or caulkings wherein the two liquid parts are metered together just prior to application using a dispensing apparatus including, but not limited to, glue guns having two containers (e.g., tubes); one tube, for example, containing polyol and diol components and the second containing polyisocyanate.
L'invention porte sur des compositions de colles à deux composants à base d'isocyanate exemptes de pigments minéraux et de charges et qui durcissent en donnant des colles à base de polyuréthane d'un laiteux supérieur à L*80, et d'une dureté shore A supérieure à environ 50. Ces matériaux se prêtent en particulier à la fabrication de filtres agglomérés. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication desdits filtres à l'aide desdites compositions et sur les filtres ainsi obtenus. On peut en outre utiliser ces compositions comme colles et/ou mastics d'étanchéité à deux composants à usage domestique; les deux composants liquides sont alors mesurés juste avant application à l'aide d'un distributeur comportant non limitativement des pistolets à colle à deux récipients (par exemple des tubes) dont l'un contient par exemple des composants de polyol et de diol, et le deuxième du polyisocyanate.
