ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: In a wide-band transistor amplifier having a cascade arrangement of several of a special type of gain cell a low dissipation, a relatively small number of coupling and decoupling elements and a high value of gain-bandwidth product is obtained by interconnecting the gain cells in a special way. This wide-band amplifier is quite suited for monolithic integration and for construction as a distributed equalizing amplifier. -22-
