A laminated end disk (200) construction for food sauce dispensing cartridges (10) and other food containers. A laminated end disk (201) through which food sauce (12) may be dispensed is provided with a valve layer (202) and a support layer (204). The valve layer includes a plurality of valves (208), and the support layer includes one or more openings (210) and a kiss cut (212) defining an outer perimeter area (214) and an inner area (216). A protective patch (206) may be removably attached to the support layer along at least a portion of the outer perimeter. The invention also provides a laminated end disk wherein the ration of the support area to the dispensing area is less than about 7.

Cette invention concerne une construction à disque d'extrémité laminé (200) pour cartouches de distribution de sauces alimentaires (10) et autres récipients remplis d'aliments.
