The present document describes a wind box used in the air supply of a chemical recovery furnace, the wind box comprising a frame (1) having at least one air inlet opening (2) and at least one air supply opening (3) through which air is led from an air channel via the wind box to the recovery furnace. The wind box further comprises at least one combined actuator (25) for regulating the air flow through the wind box and for cleaning each air supply opening (3) as well as means (19, 21) for moving each actuator (25). The invention is based on using a cleaning head (15) smaller than the air supply opening (3) when cleaning the air supply opening (3), whereby its path instead of a longitudinal motion is determined to be curved such that one to and from motion of the cleaning head will rub off all deposit from both the upper and the lower edge of the air supply opening (3) and also from the area between these.
L'invention concerne une boîte à vent utilisée dans l'alimentation en air d'un four à récupération chimique. Cette boîte à vent comprend un châssis (1) comprenant au moins une ouverture d'admission d'air (2) et au moins une ouverture d'alimentaiton en air (3) par laquelle l'air est amené depuis un canal d'air via la boîte à vent jusqu'au four à récupération. La boîte à vent comprend en outre un organe de commande combiné (25) pour réguler la circulation d'air dans la boîte à vent et pour nettoyer chaque ouverture d'alimentation en air (3) ainsi que des moyens (19, 21) pour déplacer chaque organe de commande (25). L'invention concerne l'utilisatin d'une tête de nettoyage (15) plus petite que l'ouverture d'alimentation en air (3) pour nettoyer l'ouverture d'alimentation en air (3). Sa trajectoire est déterminée pour suivre non pas un trajet longitudinal mais incurvé de telle sorte qu'un mouvement alternatif de la tête de nettoyage va enlever tous les dépôts des bords supérieur et inférieur de l'ouverture d'alimentation en air (3) et également de la zone entre ces deux bords.
