An instantaneous response component representing the actual amount of power generation by a wind-driven electricity generator (1) is detected, and a charge/discharge control section (14) controls charge and discharge of a storage battery (4) according to variation in the instantaneous response component. Further, based on the amount of variation in the instantaneous response component, a pattern information selection section (16) selects, out of patterns, a control region to be allocated for charge/discharge control performed according to variation in the instantaneous response component and applies the selected pattern to charge/discharge control performed by the charge/discharge control section (14). By this, an appropriate control region having less excess or deficiency can be dynamically allocated to the storage battery (4) according to the actual amount, which varies depending on wind conditions, of electric power generation by the wind-driven electricity generator (1).
Selon l'invention, une composante de réponse instantanée représentant la quantité réelle de production d'électricité par un générateur d'électricité éolien (1) est détectée, et une section de commande de charge/décharge (14) commande une charge et une décharge d'une batterie d'accumulateurs (4) selon une variation de la composante de réponse instantanée. En outre, sur la base de la quantité de variation dans la composante de réponse instantanée, une section de sélection d'informations de motif (16) sélectionne, parmi des motifs, une région de commande devant être attribuée pour une commande de charge/décharge effectuée selon une variation de la composante de réponse instantanée et applique le motif sélectionné à une commande de charge/décharge effectuée par la section de commande de charge/décharge (14). De ce fait, une région de commande appropriée ayant moins d'excès ou de déficience peut être attribuée de façon dynamique à la batterie d'accumulateurs (4) selon la quantité réelle, qui varie selon les conditions du vent, de production d'énergie électrique par le générateur d'électricité éolien (1).
