As in a device to convert the kinetic energy in the natural wind into electric power (i.e. a wind turbine), this application will show that a stationary cane-shaped or funnel-shaped apparatus in combination with a configuration of a rotor and generator, will produce an amount of electricity comparable to, or more than a conventional wind turbine for a given area of wind being intercepted and with advantages such as a relatively small rotor and accessories but with much higher r.p.m. and also the device has a unique and superior utilization of the high and low air pressures from the moving air.
