ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A wind instrument made up of a thin-walled inner part and a thin-walled outer pipe lying over the thin-walled inner pipe, the inner diameter of the outer pipe being greater than the outer diameter of the inner pipe whereby to define a hollow space therebetween and reinforcing ribs disposed within said hollow space and joining the aforesaid surfaces. The pipes and ribs are force-fitted together whereby to provide a reinforced integrated assembly.
