A wind jigging apparatus for fishing includes a resilient flexible member having a first end and a second end. A clamp is provided at the first end. A wind catching sail member is positioned at the second end. The flexible member resiliently flexes in response to wind acting upon the sail member. A fishing line guide is positioned on either the flexible member or the sail member, whereby a fishing line positioned in the fishing line guide is moved with the one of the flexible member and the sail member.
