La présente invention concerne une installation éolienne qui est notamment destinée à la zone offshore. L'objectif de la présente invention est de surmonter les difficultés rencontrées jusqu'à présent, tout en évitant les inconvénients, notamment de permettre en permanence un atterrissage de personnes, même en cas de mauvais temps, lorsque le vol par hélicoptère n'est plus possible. A cette fin, l'installation éolienne selon cette invention comprend une entrée et un espace situé à l'intérieur de l'installation éolienne, dans lequel des composants électriques ou électroniques de l'installation éolienne sont implantés. Cette invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un sas est formé entre l'entrée de l'installation éolienne et l'espace intérieur dans lequel sont implantés les composants électroniques et permet d'empêcher que de l'eau s'introduisant par l'entrée et/ou de l'air salé ou humide s'introduisant lors de l'ouverture de l'entrée ne parviennent dans l'espace intérieur de l'installation.
