ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention concerns a wind power plant construction comprising a turbine with at least two blades (1) and a shaft (5) and blade angle control means. As taught by the invention, to the shaft (5) are rigidly connected supports (20) substantially radial to the shaft and coordinated with the blades, comprising on their extreme ends flapping pivots (4) to which the blades have been attached; the blade extends from the flapping pivot towards the shaft, constituting an arm (21) to which has been connected a control rod (14) associated with the blade angle control means; and the blade is weighted so that the centroid line and axis of rotation of the blade lie forward of the buoyancy centre of the blade.
