A wind power turbine, for generating electric energy, has a supporting structure; a nacelle; a blade assembly rotating with respect to the nacelle; a first and second electric machine having, respectively, a first and second stator, and a first and second rotor substantially coaxial with each other and fitted to the first and second stator to rotate about a first and second axis; and a transmission assembly for connecting the first and second rotor; the transmission assembly being deformable.
