A wind-powered energy saving system has a power assembly 10, a temperature adjusting assembly 20 and an increasing assembly 30. The power assembly 10 has a fan device 11 and an air compressor 12. The air compressor 12 is connected to the fan device 11. The temperature adjusting assembly 20 is electrically connected to the power assembly 10 and has a heat-eliminating device 21 and a heating device 22. The heat-eliminating device 21 is connected to the air compressor 12 and has an inlet tube 211 and multiple first tempering panels 212. The heating device 22 is connected to the heat-eliminating device 21 and has a linking tube 221 and multiple second tempering panels 222. The increasing assembly 30 is connected to the temperature adjusting assembly 20 and has an air-feeding pipe 31, an exiting device 32 and a spraying device 33.
