In this static flat-shaped module of fool-proof toughness, constituting an advantageous substitute for the pylon/propeller system, the gusts of wind spread in a convergent space followed upstream by a turbine with blades having double driving power, then followed by a last divergent escape space. Thus, from whichever direction the wind current blows it is subjected to a peripheral structure in which the vertical wings, curved in the horizontal plane, channel it from the front zone in dynamic boost pressure towards a turbine (1) with its outflow blowing towards the peripheral zone in dynamic depression. Moreover, said turbine and its directional wings are sandwiched between two horizontal end plates: the cover plate (3) and the base plate (2). Finally, depending on the installed power, the shaft drives either an electric generator or a water pump or any other energy system.
Dans ce module statique de conformation plate d'une ténacité à toute épreuve, se substituant avantageusement au système hélice/pylône, les rafales de vent généralement destructrices s'étalent dans un espace convergent suivi en amont d'une turbine à pales à double effet moteur, puis suivi par un dernier espace divergent de fuite. Ainsi, l'écoulement éolien, provenant de n'importe quelle direction, se trouve sous la dépendance d'une construction périptère dans laquelle des ailes verticales, incurvées sur le plan horizontal, le canalisent de la zone frontale en surpression dynamique vers une turbine (1) dont l'échappement s'effectue vers la zone périphérique en dépression dynamique. Par ailleurs, ladite turbine et ses ailes directionnelles sont prises en sandwich entre deux fiasques horizontales: le capot (3) et le socle (2). Enfin, selon la puissance installée, l'arbre entraîne soit un générateur électrique soit une pompe à eau ou tout autre système énergétique.
