The invention relates to a winding device for the winding-up of a paper web immediately after its production with a carrying drum onto which the paper web is brought coming from one side (infeed side), with a winding rod with bearing pivots, with toggle joints which receive the bearing pivots with forks and which swing the winding rod with wound-on paper web around the carrying drum from an infeed position into a delivery position, with a longitudinal cutter provided in the zone of the run-on side, engaged ahead of the carrying drum for the cutting-up of the paper web into paper strips, with a load roller for the applying of the contact pressure force onto the paper strips, with a carrying roller arranged in the delivery zone on the run-off side of the carrying drum.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'enroulement pour renvider une bande de papier immédiatement après sa fabrication. Ce dispositif comporte un tambour porteur sur lequel la bande de papier est guidée depuis un côté (côté alimentation); un axe d'enroulement pourvu de tourillons; des leviers articulés qui supportent les tourillons avec des fourches et font pivoter l'axe d'enroulement, avec la bande de papier enroulée dessus, autour du tambour porteur d'une position d'alimentation à une position de dévidage; un élément de coupe longitudinal situé dans la région du côté enroulement et en amont du tambour porteur pour découper la bande en bandelettes; un cylindre presseur pour exercer une pression d'appui sur les bandelettes de papier; et un cylindre de support situé sur le côté déroulement du tambour porteur dans la région de dévidage.
