In a process for the winding of coils into axial slots disposed on the outer perimeter of rotationally symmetric bodies of electrical devices, at least one wire, guided by a winding arm movable about an axis of rotation perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the body, is laid into the slots via a winding form. The body is turned about its axis of rotation by the space of at least one slot after each laying of the wire into an initial slot, accomplished by an initial swinging motion of the winding arm about its axis of rotation, with the wire being laid into a second slot by a second swinging motion opposite to the first and guided back to the start of the first slot after the laying into the second slot for the formation of a coil winding by additional turning. A suitable winding form has a wire-guiding slit that ends in an undercut slot whose undercut surfaces fix the wire on the base of the slot until the completion of the following swinging motion of the winding arm.
La présente invention vise un procédé pour l'enroulement de fils à l'intérieur de fentes axiales pratiquées sur le périmètre extérieur de corps rotatifs de forme symétrique utilisés dans des appareils électriques; au moins un fil, guidé par un bras de bobinage en déplacement sur un axe de rotation perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation du corps, est disposé dans les fentes suivant la configuration d'un guide. Le corps est mis en rotation sur son axe de manière à dégager l'espace correspondant à une fente après la mise en place du fil dans la fente initiale, ce qui est accompli par le mouvement de balancement initial du bras de bobinage autour de son axe de rotation pendant que le fil est engagé dans la deuxième fente par un deuxième mouvement de balancement dans la direction opposée au premier balancement, pour être ensuite guidé vers le début de la première fente après la mise en place du fil dans la deuxième fente en vue de la réalisation progressive du bobinage. Un guide de bobinage approprié comporte une fente de guidage du fil qui se termine en fente de rétention dont les surfaces contribuent à fixer le fil à la base de la fente jusqu'à la fin du prochain mouvement de balancement du bras de bobinage.
