CA 2079856

The winding shaft with clamping device for cardboard winding tubes (9, 10), particularly for holding a cylinder-washing blanket (7) of a cylinder-washing apparatus in printing presses, comprises radially acting, elastically deformable clamping elements (15, 16 or 17, 18), which cause frictional locking - said frictional locking transferring the torque - between the winding shaft (5, 6) and the winding tube (9, 10), said winding tube (9, 10) having been pushed onto the winding shaft. The clamping elements (15, 16 and 17, 18) are annular in form and are disposed on the winding shaft (5, 6) between sleeves (11, 12 and 13, 14 or 19, 20) as well as end parts (11, 13 or 12, 14) of solid material, said sleeves (11, 12 and 13, 14 or 19, 20) being axially pressure-resistant and adapted to be braced against one another, with said end parts (11, 13 or 12, 14) being adapted to be braced axially against one another by a clamping rod (21 or 22).
