The invention relates to a method for winding a paper, board or material web on a winder of the two-drum type. In the method, the winding core (10) ends placed against each other are coupled to be on the same axis of rotation during winding by means of severing cuts (12U, 12N) which are formed in the ends (11A, 11B) of the winding cores (10) and which deviate from a perpendicular cutting line. The invention also relates to a winder for a paper, board or material web for winding the web on a two-drum type winder, which winder winds slit component webs. In the winder, two winding cores (10) placed against each other in , end-to-end relationship have been coupled to each other for the time of winding by means of severing cuts (12U, 12N) which have been made in the ends (11 A, 11B) of the winding cores (10) and which deviate from a perpendicular cutting line. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a winding core and to a winding core for a winder.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour enrouler une toile de carton, de papier ou d'un autre tissu sur un dispositif d'enroulement de type à deux tambours. Selon ce procédé, les extrémités d'un noyau d'enroulement (10), qui butent l'une contre l'autre, sont couplées de manière à se trouver sur le même axe de rotation pendant l'enroulement grâce à l'utilisation de lignes de découpage de séparation (12U, 12N) formées aux extrémités (11A, 11B) des noyaux d'enroulement (10) et déviant d'une ligne de découpage perpendiculaire. L'invention concerne aussi un dispositif d'enroulement servant à enrouler une toile de carton, de papier ou d'un autre tissu sur un dispositif d'enroulement de type à deux tambours, ledit dispositif d'enroulement s'utilisant pour enrouler des tissus à composants fendus. Dans ce dispositif d'enroulement, les noyaux d'enroulement (10) sont placés bout à bout l'un contre l'autre et couplés au moment de l'enroulement par des lignes de découpage de séparation (12U, 12N) formées aux extrémités (11A, 11B) des noyaux d'enroulement (10) et déviant d'une ligne de découpage perpendiculaire. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé pour fabriquer un noyau d'enroulement et un noyau d'enroulement destiné à un dispositif d'enroulement.
