ABSTRACT An arrangement in a wind-turbine having a horizontal shaft and a flapping hub carrying the turbine blades. The flap angle of the turbine blade (1) is adjustable by means of the position of the piston of a double-acting piston-cylinder drive means (9). The two chambers (17,18) of the piston- cylinder drive means are connected to one another over a regulatable throttle valve (12). A regulat- able pump (13) is coupled in parallel with the throttle valve (12). The piston rod (8) of the double-acting piston-cylinder drive means (9) is mechanically connected to the flapping hub.
