ABSTRACT A window cover assembly having a flexible integrally formed magnetized frame for selective mounting to windows of vehicle or building structures. The window cover member attached to and co-extensive with the magnetized frame can selectively consist of flexible screen material or of rigid, semi-rigid or flexible solid sheet materials, such as glass, flexible clear or solar shade plastic, one-way mirror material, canvas and the like. Associated integrally formed flexible magnetized and adhesive backed mounting strips or frames are provided for use in selectively mounting the window cover assembly on surfaces which are not magnetically attractive, such as wood, aluminum, plastic and the like.
