A window covering having a head rail and a plurality of rows suspended from the head rail by a securement cord member and at least one opening cord member is provided. Each of the plurality of rows is collapsible and includes a pair of opposed longitudinal regions. The dis- tance between the opposed longitudinal regions is varied by moving the se-curement cord member, the opening cord member, or both. The rows are also tilted into an open or closed position by moving the securement cord member, the opening cord member, or both. A bottom rail may also be provided and suspended from the head rail such that the plurality of rows are located between the head rail and the bottom rail.
