A window frame (1) for installation in the exterior shell (5) of an aircraft, which comprises in each case at least one outer flange (2), one inner flange, and one vertical flange (4) arranged perpendicular between these flanges, is manufactured from a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin, in which, first, a semifinished part comprising fiber material is inserted into a molding tool, in which, under pressure and temperature, resin is injected, and subsequently, the component made in this manner is hardened in the molding tool. The semifinished part can have a layer structure either made from a webbing material, from fiber bundles, or from a combination of fiber bundles and a webbing material.

L'invention concerne un encadrement de hublot (1) à installer dans la coque externe (5) d'un avion, comprenant au moins une collerette externe (2), une collerette interne, et une collerette verticale (4) disposée perpendiculairement entre les collerettes. Cet encadrement est fabriqué à partir de résine synthétique renforcée en fibres, une partie semi-finie comprenant un matériau en fibres étant d'abord insérée dans un instrument de moulage, de la résine étant injectée sous pression et à une certaine température et, par la suite, le composant fabriqué étant durci dans l'instrument de moulage. La partie semi-finie présente une structure de couche faite d'un matériau de sangles, de touffes de fibres, ou d'une combinaison de touffes de fibres et de matériau de sangles.
