ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides an insulation assembly for use within a conventional portal frame structure including a closure such as a window or a door. The insulation assembly of the present invention includes a retractable, flexible panel member having opposite side peripheral edges and a bottom edge with a panel grip. The assembly further includes a pair of side tracks for engaging the opposite side peripheral edges and a lower track to engage the panel grip when the flexible panel member is in an extended position to inhibit air flow at the portal frame structure around the flexible panel member.
