Primarily this device is a guide or shield which restricts the paint to the working surface only (i.e. window frame). This apparatus is also used for smoothing out wallpaper bubbles and for drawing lines with a straight edge or right angle. This apparatus is comprised of two (2) bevelled arms which taper to a blade edge. These arms connect and disconnect at similar ends by interlinking "snap-together" connectors. On the graded surface of each arm recessed grooves run laterally to collect excess paint, to prevent streaking. These independent arms are joined at the rear of each by a jointed crossmember which serves as a handle.
