The invention concerns a window glazing (1), in particular a window glazing for motor vehicle which, for its bonding to a frame (8) of an opening of the window with an adhesive bead (6), comprises a profiled bead (3) provided with a longitudinal recess (4) wherein a tear-away cord (8) designed to separate the bonding adherence between the window glazing (1) and the frame (7) can be set .The invention is characterised in that a contact surface for the adhesive bead (6) is provided beside the profiled bead (3). When it is mounted, said recess (4) is open towards the adhesive bead (6) such that the tear-away cord can be pulled without exerting a high force directly in the adhesive bead which is urged to abut against the opening of the recess.
