A screen corner member for connecting two screen side members together comprises a corner portion having a front face and a rear face, and a first leg and a second leg that are 90° relative to each other extending from the corner portion. Each of the first leg and the second leg have a front face and rear face. An exterior side wall extends between the front face and the rear face of the comer portion, as well as between the front face and the rear face of the first leg and of the second leg. An outer flange extends outwardly from the junction of the rear face and the exterior side wall. The exterior side wall defines a longitudinal aperture. A cantilever spring projecting from an end of the longitudinal aperture is parallel to the exterior side wall and has a lateral protrusion with a rounded shape extending beyond the exterior side wall for engagement with a window frame. The exterior wall may also define a second longitudinal aperture having an associated cantilever spring.
