This invention utilizes magnets (10) in the manufacturing of this outside windscreen cover (13). The contraption is used during the harsh winter weather to protect the windows from ice forming. As well, the cover is able to block out harsh sunrays that cause damage to a vehicle's interior. This material is made from weather resistant cloth, into which seams (11) are either sown, welded, glued, or vulcanized to form pockets on the edges of this cover. Magnets, which are pre-treated with a heat activated adhesive, are inserted into the seam once the desired position is attained, and are then activated. The contact is only between the material and the vehicle thus the paint on the vehicle, will not be damaged. Two flaps (12) are sown on to the outer edges of the window cover, parallel to the doors. These flaps are wedged between the door and the window when the doors are opened. Once the door is closed, the cover is securely in place resulting in virtually no possibility of removal by vandals.
